			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently came across <a title="Mixergy blog" href="http://mixergy.com">Mixergy</a>, a fantastic blog that focuses on startups and entrepreneurship. Mixergy&#8217;s founder, <a title="Andrew Warner twitter" href="http://twitter.com/andrewwarner">Andrew Warner</a>, does a fantastic job in his video interviews with startup founders in getting to the real story behind the startup and asking all the right questions to get to the minute details of how these startups developed from nothing to large multi-million dollar companies. Andrew especially focuses his interview gusts on sharing the lessons learned during their growth phases, which can be a huge help to any of today&#8217;s up-and-coming startups, by inspiring them with these success stories as well as by highlighting some of the common mistakes that can be avoided by listening to others that have gone through them.
